Article 1: Terms and delivery times:

Delivery in "Colissimo recommandι" by the Postal service.
If your package is delivered to you damaged, it is imperative to check the contents of your package and mention "unwrapping reserve" on the bill of delivery. If you do not write mention on the bill of delivery the day of delivery, the post office will refuse to give you the finding of damage and we will not ask for compensation.

Your order will be send not later than 3 days after you have confirm your order.
If this timing was not respected by us, you will be able to cancel your order and we will refund within 7 days.

Deliveries by "Colissimo recommandι" done by the Postal service, Monday to Saturday.
The weight of your order must not exceed 30 kg.
Delivery by Chronopost service is not possible.
Article 2: Responsibilities:
Sygma Nails could not be responsible if the delivery time was not met for the following reasons:
- Strike total or partial of the Postal service
- Disasters caused by floods or fires
- Natural disasters
Article 3: Treatment of undelivered parcels by Postal service:
3.1 - Returns because the client doesn't live to the mentioned address.
Your goods will be sent to the address you have mentionned to the validation of your order. You are responsible if there is an error in your shipping address. After the return of the package in our warehouse, we will invite you by e-mail to call us so that you pay by Credit Card, new shipping freights of the same amount as the initial shipment. We will also take advantage to put your address up to date.
3.2 - Returns on the ground "unclaimed" (the Postal service went to deliver your package and you were absent, after that you didn't go to pick up your package at the Post office)
The package will be returned to us. You will have to contact us and you pay for new shipping equal to the initial shipment. After that your package will be shipped again.
3.3 - Returns on the ground "denied" (you refused because the package was damaged packaging or packaging showed signs of opening)
For products under 30kg:
If the package is damaged or opened, you must refused the package and contact us by mail. You should ask for a declaration of damage to the Postal service deliveryman. When we receive the package, we will prepare and send you as soon as possible a new package.
For products over 30 kg:

3.4 - Returns on the ground "damages" (undelivered packages by Postal service, as it is opened, damaged, ...)
When we receive the package, we will prepare and send you as soon as possible a new package.
Article 4: Returns possibility
4.1 - Procedures and terms for the returns
Before any return contact us by e-mail, explaining in detail the reasons for your return. In your e-mail make sure to give us your name and the date of the order.
4.2 - Returns for errors of reference
If we had inadvertently made a mistake in the preparation of your order, please return it, we will refund your shipping cost within a period of 7 days. When we receive the package, we will prepare and send you as soon as possible a new package.
4.3-Returns for cancelling
