Article 1: Preamble
These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between society Sygma Nails ("we") and anyone visiting or making a purchase through the website www.sygma-nails.com ("you" ).
Any Internet user can access the Terms of Sale on the website www.sygma-nails.com ("the website"). These Conditions of Sale may be subject to modification, the applicable conditions are those in effect at the website at the time of placing your order.
Article 2: Contract
2.1 Conditions to place an order
You confirm to be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or holds parental permission for you to make an order on the website.
2.2 Conclusion of the contract
Once you have placed your order, we send you an e-mail confirming details of your order. We inform you later by e-mail by sending your articles. This e-mail is our acceptance of your order and constitute the sales contract between you and us.
Article 3: Price, availability and delivery
The prices mentionned on the website are quoted in euros, all taxes included French (French VAT and other taxes applicable).
We can accept your orders within the limits of available stocks.
If, against our vigilance, the items are unavailable, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. In the event of unavailability of one or more articles, your order will be cancelled or changed with your consent.
Against our vigilance, it is possible that an article appearing on our website includes a pricing error. However, we conduct the audit prices in the process of sending your article. If the price is less than the fixed price posted on the website, we will apply the lowest price, and we send your article. If the corrected price is higher than the price posted on the website, we will inform you and proceed with the cancellation of your order.
Article 4: Customs
Any order placed on the website and delivered outside France will be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. Any order unpaid within 15 days after the order will be cancelled.
Article 6: Returns
You have the right of cancel your order during seven (7) days provided by law to return the items without having to justify a reason. The articles should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and a bill of sale. These items will be accepted and refunded only if they contain no trace of use. The return costs will be paid by the customer. The package must be returned insured by the customer, with the Post service in the event of loss, theft or damage.
Article 7: Property
Delivered goods will remain our property until you have filled all your obligations against us, and in particular until payment of the price, if any plus interest.
Article 8: Guarantees and responsibility
Each electrical device that we sell is guaranteed beyond 6 months unless wear parts (such as light bulbs, bits, nozzles, engines drills, ...). The guarantee will be taken into account that in the normal use of the device (after manual). The return costs are paid by the customer. The package must be returned insured by the customer, with the Postal service in the event of loss, theft or damage.
You benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
